Job responsibilities: To develop and maintain effective relations with direct and indirect customers of Philips Consumer Lifestyle Sector; Visit points of sales in order to promote Philips Consumer Lifestyle products and bring orders from indirect customers to the wholesalers or from direct customers to order management; Participate in the order preparation of the customer, monitor the progress of the order fulfillment and inform the customer; Increase volume and the range of Philips Consumer Lifestyle products sold through the customers; Increase Philips products and brand visibility by all means of merchandising, optimization of display and shelf space; Ensure fast and efficient distribution and placement of all available POS materials all over the assigned territory; To conduct seminars on Consumer Lifestyle products for the sales assistants in all large cities of region; Organize fast, efficient and right implementation of all marketing and trade marketing activities in close cooperation with the customers in order to increase sales out; Forecast volume of sales of Philips Consumer Lifestyle products per category/SKU in the assigned territory; To develop the assigned territory with the new direct and indirect customers; To visit on a regular base all major cities of the assigned territory in accordance to plan of visits; To collect market information available about customers and competitors activities and plans; To develop and maintain a database of all relevant outlets within assigned territory; To provide Manager with the regular reports (weekly report, weekly plan, monthly report, customer visit reports, etc.); To support the implementation of all service related issues in the assigned territory; Undertake other responsibilities and tasks related to the business interests of the Company. Candidate Profile: University Degree (economic or technical); Advanced sales, negotiations and merchandising skills; Domestic Appliances and Consumer Electronics Market knowledge is an advantage; Good level of English language (upper intermediate); Minimum 2 years of work experience in Foreign Companies as sales representative\supervisor. |
